Shipping Information

Shipping is based on a base flat rate, plus an additional lower flat rate per item. We are currently unable to offer different shipping options.

Returns

We do not offer a return policy.

Issue Resolution

All issue resolutions can be handled by following the instructions below and emailing the required details to store@lpwa.org.

• Should you not receive your item (after 7 days of expected or stated delivery), please send an email with your order details (order number, tracking number, address) and we will be happy to assist.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take photos of proof and send them via email along with your order details (order number, tracking number, address). If the item in question is the wrong size than what you ordered, also send a photo of the label. If the item in question says it is the correct size, but does not match the posted dimensions on the size chart, please send a photo with a visible measurement of the dimensions using a tape measure.
