The Libertarian Party

We are all here because we want to be free.

In LPWA we come from all backgrounds: hippies, constitutionalists, civil liberties enthusiasts. Teenagers, young parents, seniors, city people, rural people. Former Republicans, former Democrats, anarchists, and people who’ve never voted before. Things are changing. More and more people are realizing there’s no fixing the current system.

We are people who have realized that it’s never ok—for an individual or the government—to use force on anyone who hasn’t first initiated force, fraud, or theft on anyone else.

We recognize that the two old dinosaur parties are basically the same, just with different color stripes.

We want to break out of dependency on government to solve society’s problems, and seek a world where people are loosed from regulations, taxes, subsidies, and mandates, free to run their own lives voluntarily.

We know it’s an uphill battle in government-obsessed Washington. But there are more people out there like us than you might realize. And sometimes one voice is all you need to hear to wake up.

In LPWA, we’re here running candidates, gathering for events, and spreading the true message of liberty, not the false promises peddled by those who profit from our fear. The message that says: You own yourself. YOU, not any party, should have the power over your life.
